Focused on youth exchanges to tackle the challenges of tourism development in the Western Balkans, while shining a spotlight on lesser-known destinations with untapped potential in Albania, Kosovo, Serbia and North Macedonia.
Throughout the project, young participants were equipped with knowledge about local tourism and produced creative video stories showcasing the hidden gems and authentic experiences of their respective countries.

By combining promotional campaigns with community workshops, visitor management plans, and educational programs for schools and marginalized groups, this bilateral partnership drives sustainable regional growth and elevates the visitor experience.
