As part of this project, school gardens have been created in the schoolyards of the Municipality of Peja, offering students practical learning experiences in gardening, sustainability and environmental management. These gardens serve as outdoor classrooms, promoting ecological awareness, and fostering a connection with nature among young students.

More in Nature & land.
Together for Nature Protection
Raising awareness about the protection of natural resources and advocating for a ban on the construction of small hydropower plants in Kosovo. A short video was produced to visually illustrate the environmental damage caused by these projects, emphasizing their negative impact on local ecosystems and communities. Additionally, the campaign included a public letter addressed to national authorities, calling for stronger environmental protection measures within national parks. The initiative aimed to inform the public about the long-term consequences of such developments and to promote sustainable and environmentally friendly alternatives for energy production.
Protests for river Protection
As a grassroots environmental advocacy organization, we organized, supported, and mobilized community actions in close cooperation with other CSOs in Peja. These efforts culminated in the historic mass protest on February 25, 2019. This powerful civic mobilization successfully stopped strategic investment plans to build devastating small hydropower facilities along the Lumbardhi River within the protected Bjeshkët e Nemuna National Park.
Peja Hospital Yard Greening
In celebration of World Health Day on April 5, 2017, 300 trees were planted in the courtyard of the Peja Regional Hospital, contributing to environmental sustainability and improving the hospital's green spaces. This initiative supported biodiversity and promoted a healthier and more nature-friendly environment for both patients and medical staff.
