Deploy-PED

About the project

DEPLOY-PED is a Horizon Europe project that drives the development of Positive Energy Districts (PEDs) through integrated technical, social, and community-driven solutions across six demonstrator sites and five replicator cities.

As a dedicated replicator city, the Municipality of Gjakova, Kosovo, adapts these tested, innovative approaches to its local urban and energy context to boost building efficiency, expand renewable energy, and foster sustainable local cooperation.

Supported by Rilindja Gjelbër's collaboration with Renewable Energy Communities and local stakeholders, Gjakova facilitates essential knowledge transfer and participatory processes.
