Organizata \u201cLet\u2019s do It Peja\u201d ka arritur q\u00eb t\u00eb rris\u00eb kapacitet organizative n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet projektit \u201cZhvillimi i Brendsh\u00ebm Organizativ\u201d. Ky projekt kishte si q\u00ebllimi q\u00eb p\u00ebrmes p\u00ebrkrahjes p\u00ebr zhvillim organizativ, t\u00eb fuqizohej demokracia e brendshme, transparenca dhe llogaridh\u00ebnia e organizat\u00ebs ndaj an\u00ebtar\u00ebve, p\u00ebrfituesve, donator\u00ebve dhe publikut n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi p\u00ebr pun\u00ebn dhe veprimtarin\u00eb e saj.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kuad\u00ebr u zhvilluan edhe trajnimet me stafin e organizat\u00ebs si dhe u rishikuan dhe hartuan dokuementet si: Zhvillimi i Planit Strategjik Zhvillimor 2021-2025; Manuali i Politikave, Rregulloreve, Procedurave dhe Formular\u00ebve; Strategjia e Komunikimit. Gjithashtu, p\u00ebrmes k\u00ebtij granti u b\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimi dhe aplikimi i metodave dhe pajisjeve t\u00eb avancuara t\u00eb teknologjis\u00eb informative, certifikimi me Sistemin e Menaxhimit t\u00eb Cil\u00ebsis\u00eb ISO 9001-2015 si dhe fushata p\u00ebr an\u00ebtar\u00ebsime t\u00eb reja n\u00eb organizat\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
